Describe the poster in one sentence (or import a file), pay €2 or 1 credit, get a print-ready PDF — usually in under a minute. Printing and shipping are optional, free in France.

€2 incl. VAT per generation (sentence, import or edit) + the PDF. Packs tied to your email: 5 credits for €8, 10 for €14, 25 for €30, 50 for €50 (down to €1 per credit). 1 credit = 1 generation. If you have at least 1 credit, we use it — no “pay in euros” button.

No. The €2 or 1 credit is already counted: retry from your order page is free, the credit isn’t taken again. You also get an email with the link. If it’s still stuck, use Contact.

It keeps going on our side. Reopen the order link (email, or My posters with the same email). If it’s still running, wait a bit; if it failed, Retry is free.

It can take about a minute. After 2–3 minutes with nothing, reload the order page. “Still running”: wait or retry — you won’t pay twice. If the AI is busy, try again a little later.

Nothing is charged, no credit is used. Start again from Create / Import. A completed Stripe payment isn’t auto-refunded: if generation fails, you retry for free instead.

Use Edit on the order page and say what you want. That’s a new generation (€2 or 1 credit). The previous version stays in My posters.

Yes — photo or PDF. We turn it into an A5, A4 or A3 poster (€2 or 1 credit). If import fails: free retry.

Same email as checkout, via My posters — we send a magic link. You also get an email when it’s ready (or if it failed).

Yes, on the payment page (Safari / Chrome), plus card. Credits are bought the same way, tied to the email you enter.
